Get ready to step into the strange, stylish, and spooky side of wellness at GLOW & FLOW: GLOW IN DARK PILATES — a HAlloween inspired experience where movement, creativity, wellness, and community come together.

This isn't your typical workout or Halloween party. We're creating a full 4-hour wellness experience designed to help you MOVE • STRETCH • CREATE • CONNECT • GLOW in an immersive Halloween atmosphere featuring glowing décor, neon lighting, themed activities, music, refreshments, and plenty of photo-worthy moments.

Kick off the experience with an energetic Run Club session with Next Level, giving you the opportunity to move, get active, and connect with fellow attendees.

Flow into an instructor-led Pilates session with AuDACITY Collection. Your Pilates mat AND Pilates fit are provided, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own equipment or figuring out what to wear for the session.

🎨 CUSTOM TUMBLER EXPERIENCE
Get creative and design your own custom tumbler with a fun, glow in the dark paint & Halloween-inspired aesthetic. Add your personal touch and take your creation home with you.

🍵 CREATE YOUR OWN TEA BLEND
Heal'n Goddess Tea Blend Station Educate and curate your own wellness tea blend using a variety of ingredients and flavors.
