Our mission stands on two core pillars: first, we advocate for stricter regulations on the H-1B visa and contract worker programs to protect domestic jobs, end wage suppression, and stop the exploitation of all workers. Second, we demand that remote work be recognized as a permanent, accessible reality—empowering tech professionals to work where they thrive while fostering a more balanced and equitable future for our workforce.
