Cretaceous Crematoriums returns for 2026 with Grimmwood, our biggest haunted house yet — a roughly 600-square-foot twisted fairy-tale forest filled with dark takes on Hansel and Gretel, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Rumpelstiltskin, and more.
This free, home-built Fort Collins haunted house is open for four nights only: October 23, 24, 30 and 31 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Donations benefit Animal Friends Alliance, and guests can also take part in fundraising raffles featuring prizes donated by local businesses.
This year, local high school students are helping bring Grimmwood to life through our new student volunteer program, assisting with the build, acting, and event-night operations.
Expect creepy forest paths, twisted fairy-tale scenes, handmade sets and props, fog, lighting effects, animatronics, and plenty of surprises throughout the woods.
Come see what’s waiting in Grimmwood.
