WHY SELF CARE SOCIAL CLUB?

I'm Lindsey Paoli—a psychotherapist, mom of two, content creator, and relatively new South Florida local.

Since moving here, I've heard the same thing again and again: South Florida can feel really clique-y.

I'm determined to help break that stereotype.

Growing up as a military brat and later becoming a business owner taught me something I still believe deeply: your circle can never be too big—and you're going to outgrow some circles along the way.

Different chapters of life require different people.

That's what Self Care Social Club is about.

We're stepping outside our comfort zones and our usual circles to create a more unleveled approach to connection—where your job title, motherhood status, neighborhood, or who you already know doesn't determine where you fit.

Because the goal isn't to fill a room with women who are all the same.

The magic is in the mix.

Come alone. Bring a friend. Either way, we'll make it easier to meet someone new.
