We’re back for another amazing season of movement, music, sunshine, and community at Las Olas Oceanside Park! 🤸☀️🏝️

Join us on Saturday for our signature Slow Yoga Fusion Flow, featuring optional fitness core-strengthening Yoga-lates movements. This welcoming outdoor class is designed for all experience and movement levels.

What to Expect

💪 Optional fitness core-strengthening Yoga-Lates movements

🎶 Uplifting East-meets-West music to help you move, groove, and flow

🌺 Deep, tension-releasing poses enhanced with an aromatherapy treat

🌴 A peaceful cool-down and meditation beneath the palm trees.

Our teacher demonstrates the poses and provides clear guidance through a high-quality sound system. Beginners are always welcome—simply move at your own pace and enjoy the experience. Children may participate when accompanied and supervised by an adult. This is an inclusive, family-friendly, LGBTQIA+ welcoming, nonjudgmental experience for all movement levels.

🎒 What to Bring:

• A beach towel or blanket for your practice ( we do not provide )

No yoga mat is needed. We practice on a firm, maintained turf lawn that supports comfortable movement and balance—without sand, uneven ground, or holes.

📅 Class Details

When: Saturdays, unless noted on the calendar and our newsletter. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to check in with the teacher, choose your spot, and get settled. Running late? You’re still welcome to quietly join the class after it has begun.

💲 Donation-Based Community Class

This class is offered on a donation basis. Suggested donation: $10 cash per person. Your contribution helps compensate the teacher and event assistant and supports the supplies and setup required to offer this community program. The average local yoga class is approximately $20, but no one will be turned away because of an inability to contribute. Thank you for supporting our outdoor community programming for more than 18 years! 💛

Because we are located near the beach, weather conditions can differ significantly from one area of Fort Lauderdale to another. We monitor the hourly forecast and radar for our specific event location, rather than relying only on the daily forecast.If weather conditions are uncertain, an announcement will be posted in the WhatsApp Alerts Channel on the homepage of BeachYogaFit.com.If the class must be canceled, registered attendees will generally be notified by email unless an emergency occurs. Before heading to the event, please:

⚠️ Cancellation and Refund Policy: For paid or prepaid donation tickets: Refund requests submitted at least 24 hours before class are eligible for a full refund. You may process an eligible refund directly through your Eventbrite ticket settings. Refunds and credits are not available with less than 24 hours’ notice. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for personal circumstances that prevent attendance, including travel, health, personal scheduling, or weather concerns when the class is still taking place. If you are unsure whether you can attend, select the ticket option that allows you to reserve your spot and contribute at the class instead of prepaying.
