In recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month, DFWPMA invites the community to a FREE diabetes screening and an opportunity to learn more about your health.
Attendees can:
• Receive a FREE diabetes screening
• Learn about diabetes and risk factors
• Get helpful health information and resources
• Learn about DFWPMA endocrinology services
• Meet members of the DFWPMA team and ask questions
Whether you’re living with diabetes, concerned about your blood sugar, or simply want to know your numbers, you’re welcome to attend.
FREE and open to the community. Registration is encouraged.
