Thursday's Are For Wild Rest!

Wild Rest is a 60-minute weekly sound bath and rest ritual.

​You will be gently guided through:

• A soft arrival and grounding practice
• Simple breathwork to help your body settle
• A body-based meditation
• An immersive sound bath with bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments
• Quiet reflection and integration
• A closing moment to help you carry the rest with you

You do not need to know how to “do” this right. Come as you are.

Spaces are limited so the room can stay intimate, soft, and supportive.

Please bring anything that helps your body feel comfortable: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, journal, water, or any personal comfort item.

• Singing bowls
• Tibetan bowls
• Chimes
• Drum or rhythmic sound
• Moments of silence
• Rest and integration

Each session may be slightly different depending on the intention and flow of the evening.

You are always invited to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you.

What to Bring

For the most comfortable experience, consider bringing:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster
• Eye mask
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• Socks or an extra layer if you tend to get cold

Bring anything else that helps your body feel supported while resting.

There is no specific way you are supposed to feel.

Some people experience deep relaxation. Others notice emotions, thoughts, sensations, or simply enjoy lying quietly and listening.
