Wild Rest may be a beautiful fit if you:
You do not need to be flexible.

That is what the space is for.
You are welcome here.
A sound bath is an immersive listening experience in which participants rest comfortably while a practitioner plays a variety of resonant instruments.
There is no specific way you are supposed to feel.
Some people experience deep relaxation. Others notice emotions, thoughts, sensations, or simply enjoy lying quietly and listening.
Your experience belongs to you.
Sound experiences can feel different for everyone.
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, experience significant sound sensitivity, use an implanted medical device, or have concerns about whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
You are always welcome to adjust your position, step outside, or discontinue participation at any time.
Wild Rest is a wellness experience and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
