We are so excited to welcome Stephanie of Lady Gage Basketry back to Wild Willow Farm for another traditional broom-making workshop!
Stephanie is a lifelong artist who discovered basket making more than a decade ago, followed shortly afterward by the art of broom making. She creates handcrafted pack baskets and brooms that combine natural beauty with everyday usefulness. Stephanie is excited to share this traditional craft and help others experience the joy of creating something with their own hands.
During this hands-on workshop, Stephanie will guide you through creating four unique broom items for your home, kitchen, or fireplace:
You will have eight colors to choose from, allowing you to create pieces that feel uniquely your own. These handcrafted items are wonderful to use around the home and also make thoughtful gifts.
Stephanie’s last broom-making workshop at Wild Willow Farm was so much fun! Not only did everyone leave with beautiful, useful brooms, but we also had the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people. We are grateful that friendships formed during that gathering have continued to grow. That sense of community and connection is one of our favorite parts of hosting workshops and gatherings here at Wild Willow Farm.
Whether you are discovering broom making for the first time or simply looking for an enjoyable afternoon of creativity and connection, we would love to have you join us.
The workshop is scheduled from 12:00 to 5:00 PM but may finish earlier, depending on the pace of the group.

The cost is $45 per person, and all materials are included.
