We will meet up on 10/24, 11/14 (Saturdays) before the event to have the briefing, practice and training.

Target Audience: Adults, suitable for beginner to intermediate levels

Content: How to take your first steps, creating a training schedule, stretching exercises, and group networking/socializing

Please wear running shoes. Short-distance runs will be included in the class.
