Join us for a day of inspiration and practical wisdom for your home, health and heart. This year's workshop we are excited to feature Shelley Smith, CNC as our Keynote Speaker. Her topics include Choosing Wellness: Nutrition, Lifestyle & Wellbeing and Bio-Energetics.
A delicious lunch and yummy snacks are included in the event cost. Much of the food will be handmade by our event committee.
