🌱🎶 Healthy Start: Grow & Groove
Join Healthy Start for Grow & Groove, a fun and interactive family play group designed to support your baby’s growth, development, and early learning through music, movement, play, and connection!
Families will enjoy age-appropriate activities that encourage bonding while supporting important developmental skills. We’ll sing songs, move to music, explore playful activities, and share helpful tips about your child’s development and milestones. All you need to bring is a yoga mat.
