About Caryn:

A third-generation Realtor, Caryn began her career with Keller Williams in 2003 after a

successful tenure in restaurant leadership, launch, and operations. In her first year as an agent, she earned Rookie of the Year while based in Columbus, Ohio. After relocating to Colorado, she became a top-performing buyers’ agent for Pam Kiker, owner of the largest KW office in the state. She quickly excelled in sales, consistently ranking among as a top producing agent in Denver.

In 2010, Caryn and her husband moved to Texas, where she stepped into a leadership role at KW Amarillo. Under her guidance, the office grew 2.5 times its size within three years. A return to Denver in 2013 presented the opportunity to lead KW Avenues, where she drove the office to #1 in market share in under two years. From 2015 to 2020, Caryn led KW Infinity in Naperville, IL, which became the highest-grossing office in the Mid-American Region and ranked #1 in growth, profitability, and profit share in the Midwest.

As a Team Leader, Caryn has recruited more than 1,500 agents to KW. She is now an Operating Partner and Market Center Investor in five KW offices spanning 11 locations in the Chicagoland suburbs. In 2021, she was appointed Regional Director for Northern California and Hawaii, overseeing $25 billion in closed volume. Under her leadership, the region set all-time records in agent count, growth, and production.

In March 2023, Caryn took on an executive role as Chief of Growth and Industry for Keller Home Loans operated by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Beyond her executive leadership, Caryn is an agent, mentor, investor, speaker, trainer, and coach for Keller Williams Worldwide. She is an IALC Member for the Mid-American Region, a Lead Instructor for KW University specializing in Leadership Fundamentals & Business Planning Clinic, and the Director of the R2G2 Program at KWRI. She is also an Executive Leader and Partner of Lady Leaders of Real Estate, a national network of over 11,000 members across 36 chapters, as well as a board member of Hispanic Leaders of Real Estate and member of KW Military and Military Agent Referral Network.

Caryn is the host of The Messy Empire Podcast, serves as Professional Standards Chair for the Mainstreet Association of Realtors, and was formerly a Professional Standards Member for the Texas Association of Realtors. She was a Blackbelt Team Leader for five consecutive years and, in 2023, was inducted into the Keller Williams International Team Leader Hall of Fame.
