Mixed Ensemble
Join eVoco Voice Collective’s Mixed Ensemble as we open Season 13: Where Is Love? with Eros, a program exploring the exhilaration, longing, tenderness, and occasional heartbreak of romantic love.
At the heart of the program is Johannes Brahms’ Liebeslieder Walzer, paired with Clara Schumann’s Gondoliera—two composers whose story remains one of classical music’s most compelling “what ifs.”
The program also features the world premiere of Joan Johnson Drewes’ Dear Love, adding a contemporary voice to this exploration of connection, desire, and the many ways romantic love shapes our lives.
We invite you to join us for an evening of music that is intimate, expressive, and deeply human.
