Buddhist meditation classes and workshops at Odiyana Center, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury.
Weekly classes on Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays 11 am.
Hartford Wednesdays mid-day meditation at Center Church, 12:15pm.
Glastonbury lunchtime meditation: Tues and Thurs 12:15pm
Meditation has many benefits including improved physical and emotional well-being. Learn simple techniques to start a meditation practice, for a peaceful mind. Guided meditations and Buddhist teachings.
Everyone is welcome. No one turned away for lack of funds.
Members can access classes and events live online.
