Complete Athlete Clinic

School’s Out. Let’s put that energy to work.

Join Coach Earl Strong and Strong Family Wellness for the Complete Athlete Clinic on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at Oakwood Sports Center in Glastonbury.

Each athlete attends one 90 minute session based on their grade:

Grades 3 to 5: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Grades 6 to 8: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM

Both sessions are open to boys and girls, with limited spots available. Please select the ticket that matches your child’s grade.

This clinic helps kids build athletic skills that carry across sports. They’ll run, jump, compete, and practice moving with more confidence through coached activities, challenges, and games.

Athletes will work on speed and acceleration, agility and changes of direction, strength, power, and body control. We’ll put those skills into action through relays and competitive games.

We’ll also measure performance with a timed 10 yard sprint and standing broad jump. Each athlete will receive a take home results card with their numbers and two or three simple exercises to practice at home.

This is an athletic development clinic, not practice for one specific sport.

The clinic takes place on the indoor basketball court at Oakwood Sports Center, 40 Oakwood Drive, Glastonbury, CT 06033.

Early bird registration is $49 per athlete through October 15. Regular registration is $55 per athlete beginning October 16. Eventbrite fees are added at checkout.

Families receive $10 off the second child’s registration. Register your first child, then contact Strong Family Wellness using the Contact button on this event page for a private discount code before registering your second child. Registration is subject to availability.

Athletes should wear athletic clothing and sneakers and bring a labeled water bottle.

A parent or guardian must complete Oakwood’s waiver before their child participates.

Cancellations requested at least seven days before the clinic are refundable, less processing fees. Cancellations within seven days of the clinic are nonrefundable. If Strong Family Wellness cancels the clinic, registrations will be refunded.
