Lunchtime Meditation at Odiyana Center, Glastonbury. Ongoing Tues, 12:15 – 12:45 pm starting Sept 15th.
Guided meditation and practical advice to develop inner peace, compassion and wisdom. Learn to experience a sense of inner calm, leading to positive feelings to carry into daily life.
Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.
Cost $5- no one turned away for lack of funds.
