Start your Sunday with movement, mindfulness, and community.

Join us for a free yoga class designed for all experience levels. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, this welcoming class offers space to move, breathe, stretch, and reset.

Led by our certified yoga instructor Kristen, each class combines gentle movement, mindful stretching, balance, and relaxation to help you feel refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Event Description:

Take time for yourself and enjoy a peaceful Sunday morning at Tortoise and Hare Sports.

This free community yoga class is open to runners, walkers, athletes, and anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you release tension, connect with your breath, and move in a way that feels good for your body.

Whether you're recovering from a workout, looking to reduce stress, or simply wanting to start your day with intention, you'll find a supportive and encouraging environment here.

*No yoga experience is necessary. Many participants are new to yoga, and modifications are offered throughout class.

Location: Tortoise and Hare Sports

Time: Sundays at 9:00 AM (unless otherwise noted)

Duration: Approximately 50 minutes

Instructor: Kristen, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled before class begins.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat (limited mats available on-site)
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
