Elevate by the Sea

A four-day fall retreat set right on the ocean in beautiful Rockport, Massachusetts. Elevate by the Sea brings yoga beyond the mat through movement, meditation, food, nature, and creativity.

Throughout our four days together, we’ll practice grounding and restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, energy healing, ocean dips, coastal walks, nature-based activities, and moments of intentional silence. Seasonal meals will be thoughtfully prepared by our private chef, bringing the flavors of fall into the experience.

The movement is yoga. The meals are yoga. The ocean, the conversations, the silence, the changing season — it’s all part of the practice.

This retreat takes place in my grandparents’ home, a place that has held so much growth, creativity, reflection, and healing in my own life. Rockport has been a sanctuary for me through many different seasons, and it feels incredibly special to share this home and this place with you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling more present, connected, grounded, and elevated.
