The Art of Deep Rest is a nourishing one-hour experience combining gentle restorative yoga, breath, meditation, and the healing vibrations of sound.

You'll be supported in restful poses designed to release physical tension while soothing the nervous system. As you settle into stillness, the sounds of the gong and healing instruments create a deeply relaxing environment to help you quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

It's time to Pause. Receive. and Restore.

Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, clear, relaxed, and renewed.

No yoga experience necessary.

***Sound baths may not be suitable for individuals who are in their 1st and 3rd trimester of pregnancy or individuals that have epilepsy. Please consult with your healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical concerns.
