Meet the Speakers: JR & Ashley Morales

Ashley and Joahim Morales are DFW-based real estate investors who specialize in the deals others pass on. Since 2020, they’ve built a business around sourcing off-market properties, solving difficult title issues, completing fix-and-flips, operating short- and mid-term rentals, and developing ground-up new construction.
Ashley is a licensed Realtor and Joahim is a licensed Loan Officer, giving them the ability to approach deals from multiple angles. Their focus is simple: find the opportunity, solve the problem, and create value.
