Two experiences. Two real conversations. One invitation to come back to yourself.
Sis, you’ve been showing up.
For work. Family. Relationships. Responsibilities. Everybody who needs something from you.
You’ve kept it moving. Been the strong one. Extended grace. Kept the peace. Said “I’m good” when you really weren’t.
But somewhere in all that showing up for everybody else...
Have you been showing up for you?

Identity, Boundaries & Relationships Without Losing Yourself
Okay sis...when did choosing yourself start feeling selfish?
Maybe you’re the dependable one. The understanding one. The one everybody calls. The one who gives another chance or says “it’s fine” because explaining why it’s not fine feels exhausting.
This night, we’re getting into boundaries, relationships, identity, access, authenticity, and what it looks like to stop putting yourself last.
You might leave ready to:
• Set the boundary
• Have the conversation
• Stop overexplaining
• Give less access to what drains you
• Admit, “Yeah...this doesn’t work for me anymore.”
Come as you are. Leave more willing to choose you.
Tickets: $25
Grief, Release & Becoming Who You Need Next
Sis, not everything we grieve comes with a funeral.
Sometimes it’s a friendship. A relationship. A family dynamic. A missed opportunity. The timeline you thought you’d be on. A version of yourself. Or simply a year that did not go how you planned.
Before everybody starts yelling “New year, new me!”...can we be real about what this year actually held?
This night is about making space for the grief and the growth. What hurt. What changed you. What you learned. What you’re keeping. And what absolutely does not need to follow you into 2027.
No pretending you’re over it.
No rushing your healing.
No pressure to turn everything into a lesson.
Just one question:
What am I keeping, what am I releasing, and who do I want to be next?
We’re not rushing into the new year, sis. We’re making space for it.
