Little Lift Club

Move, bond, and build strength—with your little one along for the ride.

Join Brie for Little Lift Club, a baby-friendly full-body sculpt experience designed for parents who want to get a workout in without having to find a babysitter.

We’ll combine strength-focused movement with light cardio while incorporating your little one throughout the workout. Expect a fun, approachable class where you can move, build strength, and connect with other parents.

Little Lift Club is designed for babies approximately 6 months to 2 years old who can be comfortably and safely worn in a baby carrier. Please bring a secure baby carrier that you and your little one are already comfortable using.

And because babies are babies—feeding, fussing, diaper changes, breaks, and stepping out are completely expected. There’s no pressure to keep up or make it through every movement. Take care of your little one, modify when needed, and jump back in whenever you're ready.

Come with a friend or come on your own. The goal is simple: get some movement in, spend time with your little one, and meet some other parents along the way.

One registration covers one parent + one little one.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to check in and get yourself and your little one settled.
