ALL PHOTOS ARE CHOSEN BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER! WE CHOOSE THE BEST UP TO 8 OR UP TO 15 PHOTOS! WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PHOTOS IN EVERY SPOT. JUST BECAUSE WE TAKE THEM DOESNT MEAN YOU RECIEVE THEM. We take more for options! If you want more photos you have to pay for them!

Cash or Venmo is accepted for the remainder when you arrive!

Tickets are per immediate family experience (parents and children or if someone else is bringing children) If you are coming with a seperate famlily/friends/cousins it requires seperate payments even if you plan on doing the experience together in 1 time slot!!!!

-I would suggest booking two time slots if you are coming with other people so you can have extra time, as well as more photos! You must pay for all individual time slots you sign up for !

--7 person limit in the room

Please provide the email you would like your photos to be sent!

Spots are super limited this year!

Each experience is 15 minutes long! Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment!
--We do use different Santas, they switch out on certain days.

Pets are welcome!!!

POLICIES*
If you are late you will only be guaranteed the time left in your session!!!! We most likely will not be able to reschedule you if you are unable to come to your session due to limited spots this year! No guarantees! If you need to reschedule or have a sick child the day before or day of the appointment you will still lose your intial deposit for that day!

Your deposit is for the specific day and time slot you signed up for!

Rescheduling & Deposit Policy 🎅🏼

We completely understand that things happen, especially with little ones, and that children can become sick unexpectedly! However, due to the limited number of appointments available and Santa’s very busy schedule during the holiday season, the following policy will apply:

If you reschedule your appointment the day of or within two days of your originally scheduled time slot, your initial deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. A new deposit will be required to reserve your new time slot.

Your original deposit reserves that specific appointment time for your family. When an appointment is changed at the last minute, we may not have enough time to fill that time slot.

We truly do understand that illnesses and unexpected circumstances happen. However, this does not change the time and preparation that go into each appointment or Santa’s limited availability during such a busy season.

We are a small business with just a few people working behind the scenes to make the magic happen, and these policies help ensure everything runs smoothly for our families, our team, and, of course, Santa! 🎄❤️

Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us make the holiday season magical!

You may take photos on your phone of the experience but NO professional cameras allowed

NO SPECIFIC PHOTO OP SPOT PICTURES ARE GUARANTEED! (meaning the photographer chooses which photos are sent to you!)

ONCE YOU BOOK A SESSION I CANNOT EASILY RESCHEDULE YOU! Pay attention to the date you are choosing ☺️

NO REFUNDS

---Turnaround time is always 1-2 weeks after the date of your session/experience! They tend to be much quicker and we usually have everything out by Christmas day but there are absolutley no guarantees because unfortunately life does happen!

A PORTION OF SALES WILL BE DONATED TO @ziggysrefuge (They are rescue abused, neglected and disabled farm animals) please visit their page to learn more about them! This is a special donation ! We love animals and our farm babies have a special place in our hearts!
