About This Event

Your life got fuller. Your circle got smaller.

You can care about people and still lose touch with them. Life gets busy. Priorities change. “We need to get together” turns into another month without making plans.

Rebuild Your Circle: Making and Keeping Friends as an Adult is a practical, 90-minute workshop with Greenville author Montrey Jones.

This workshop is about strengthening the friendships you have, reconnecting with people you miss, and making room for new connections that fit your life.

What you’ll work on

• Take a fresh look at your circle and where you want more connection. • Choose a friendship to strengthen or someone to reconnect with. • Turn “we should get together” into a specific invitation. • Find realistic ways to meet new people. • Build your personal 7-Day Connection Plan.

What you’ll take home

You’ll leave with practical friendship tools, a clear next step, and your own 7-Day Connection Plan.

You’ll also receive a guide to 25 local places, groups, and things to do—from coffee spots and book clubs to walks, creative classes, and volunteer opportunities.

You’ll have practical steps to take and places to put them into action, whether you’re inviting an old friend out or trying something new.

Come on your own. You’re welcome here.

You don’t need to arrive knowing anyone or have everything figured out. We’ll begin with guided activities. Sharing is optional, and your personal notes stay yours.

One person. One invitation. One next step.

Saturday, November 7, 2026 1:00–2:30 PM 1036 Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC 29607
