Join Bird Mejia for a joyful and sacred gathering honoring Día de los Muertos— a beautiful tradition of remembering and celebrating those we love who have passed, as well as the ancestors who came before us.

We'll share cacao together before entering a channeled drum journey created specifically for that evening. No two journeys are the same. We'll then gather in sacred circle for reflection, connection, and sharing.

This is an opportunity to honor those who came before us while celebrating the love, memories, and connections that continue to live within us.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Bird Mejia comes from a lost lineage of curanderas and intuitives from her indigenous Mexican ancestors. She is trained in Shakti Naam Yoga, Harmonyum Healing, Gendai Reiki Ho, Chakra Energy Healing, the ancient practices of her indigenous ancestors, Breathwork, Mantra, Meditation, and More. Bird has earned two Master's degrees and combines her graduate work in psychotherapy with her life experience and a variety of healing modalities to offer mentorship, guidance, healing opportunities and retreats.

With 22 lineages in her dna, Bird is passionate about humans healing the traumas of the past and uniting to heal the world. Bird specializes in helping you discover your joy and your unique contribution to this world. Bird is a mother, poet, cat whisperer and plant-based cook, and she loves desert nights, loons, cardinals & hummingbirds.
