How You Can Help Family Buy a Home
About This Event
HELP THEM OPEN THE DOOR TO HOMEOWNERSHIP
You’ve spent years building equity in your home. Could it help the next generation build a future of their own?
Join us for a free educational workshop exploring practical ways parents and grandparents can help children or grandchildren become homeowners—without losing sight of their own financial security.
We’ll discuss using home equity, gifting vs. lending, co-ownership, HELOCs and other financing options, potential tax considerations, common mistakes to avoid, and strategies today’s first-time buyers are using to overcome affordability challenges.
Whether you’re ready to help now or simply want to understand your options, you’ll leave with greater clarity about what may be possible for your family.
Free to attend | Limited seating
