Join Soul-Fi Sound Healing & Wellness at the beautiful Dragonfly Farm & Floral in Healdsburg for The Art of Rest, a restorative winter wellness retreat designed to nourish your senses, calm your mind, and reconnect you with yourself during the busy holiday season.

Through restorative yoga, aromatherapy, herbal tea blending, an intentional tea ceremony, and an immersive sound bath, we’ll explore the art of slowing down and discover simple, meaningful ways to cultivate calm amid the chaos of everyday life.

Steeped in Stillness, this day is an invitation to soften into the season rather than rush through it. To trade overstimulation for sensory nourishment, constant doing for intentional being, and the pressure of perfection for the simple pleasure of being present.

Restorative Yoga

Settle into gentle, supported yoga postures designed to release tension, encourage relaxation, and create space for your body and mind to unwind. No yoga experience is necessary — just come as you are.

Aromatherapy & Botanical Blending

Explore the sensory world of aromatherapy and create your own intentional aromatic blend. Discover how scent can become an anchor for mindfulness, emotional grounding, and nurturing rituals you can return to throughout the season.

Herbal Tea Blending

Connect with the art of herbal tea blending as you explore aromatic herbs and create a custom tea blend to enjoy at home. Learn how to bring more intention, comfort, and connection into your daily life through the simple ritual of preparing a cup of tea.

Intentional Tea Ceremony

Pause and gather in a moment of presence as we share tea together. Through mindful sipping, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection, we’ll practice being here — without rushing toward what comes next.

Restorative Sound Bath

Lie back, get comfortable, and immerse yourself in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sound instruments. Allow the soothing vibrations to support deep relaxation, quiet mental chatter, and create space for rest and reflection.

This retreat is for anyone who has been carrying a little too much, giving a little too often, or longing for a moment to exhale.
