About This Event
Preparing for your baby’s arrival starts with understanding what to expect during labor and how to feel supported throughout the process. During Week 1 of our Prenatal Class, participants learned valuable information to help them feel informed, prepared, and confident as they approach childbirth.
Topics included:
Labor – Understanding the stages of labor and what to expect as you prepare to welcome your baby.
Pain Management – Learning about options for managing discomfort and making informed choices during labor.
Support Person – Exploring the important role a support person can play before, during, and after labor.
We’re proud to provide expecting families with the knowledge and resources they need as they prepare for this exciting new chapter!
