Join us for an evening centered around Chinese medicine, seasonal wellness, nourishment, and community as we transition into the colder, darker months.

Led by Dr. Emmy Sulich, L.Ac., this evening offers an approachable introduction to how Chinese medicine understands winter and how we can support ourselves through seasonal change.

What to Expect

Winter Wellness Education with Dr. Emmy Sulich, L.Ac.

Learn practical ways to work with the season through a Chinese medicine lens, including nourishment, digestion, rest, daily rhythms, and nervous system regulation.

Ear Seeding with Dr. Emmy Sulich, L.Ac.

Receive a gentle ear seed treatment designed to support relaxation, regulation, and overall seasonal wellbeing. You’ll also learn how to continue using ear seeds as a simple wellness practice at home.

Seasonal Food + Beverage by The Source

Enjoy thoughtfully prepared food and beverages inspired by the season, with an emphasis on nourishment and mindful eating.

Community + Connection

An opportunity to slow down, gather, learn, and connect with others in the community.
