Around each New Moon and Full Moon, we gather for an immersive evening that feels less like a traditional wellness class and more like a ritual you genuinely look forward to returning to.
🌾Put your phone away, settle under a blanket, and let the sound of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create space to notice what’s been happening inside you — before rushing on to the next thing.
🌑The New Moon invites us to look forward and set intentions.
🌕The Full Moon gives us a moment to look back, release what feels complete, and notice what we may be carrying unnecessarily.
A regular pause in a life that rarely pauses for us: simple, intuitive, a little mystical, and deeply human.
🍵 After the sound bath, we transition into tea & journaling. Use our monthly prompts, write freely, talk with a friend, or simply enjoy the atmosphere and let the experience settle.
The goal isn’t to leave with your whole life mapped out. It’s to leave feeling more connected to yourself, a little clearer, and more intentional about where you want to place your energy next.
🌕 Each session only 17 spots. We have 3 hammocks, you can choose your experience: book a mat or a hammock.
🌾Some months may include guided journaling, while others may include visual or junk journaling, simple symbolic rituals, reflection cards or small creative elements connected to that particular moon.
You can come alone and use the evening as personal time, or come with a friend and stay afterward to talk about what came up for each of you.
Over time, the gatherings begin to feel less like individual events and more like markers within your own year.
You start noticing what you were thinking about a month ago, what changed, what never mattered as much as you thought it did, which ideas keep returning, and where your attention seems to be naturally moving.
That is the part we love most.
