We’ll start with intentional movement on the Tower, focusing on mobility, length, gentle strength, and release. From there, settle in for a sound bath enhanced with Reiki and acupuncture points for the ultimate mind-and-body reset.

No Pilates experience is necessary. This event is designed for all levels.
