Sunday Service: Yoga + Music + Worship + Community

Sunday Service is a monthly offering rooted in devotion: a new space to move, breathe, reflect, celebrate, and reconnect with your faith.

Through gentle Hatha yoga flow, breathwork, contemporary Christian music, prayer, and a short sermon or reading, each gathering invites you to explore faith at a deeper level in community and movement.

Come as you are and join us for a soulful practice that brings together movement, music, and faith.

This experience offers a Gentle Hatha practice intended for all levels.
