First: Seared Scallops - charred corn purée, crispy leeks, bourbon gastrique
Main: Cold-Smoked Filet of Beef - peppercorn-crusted filet, crispy fingerlings, asparagus, au poivre sauce
Finale: "Banana Pudding" - brulee'd banana, white chocolate mousse, nilla wafer, and crispy banana peel
