Full Moon Taurus Sound Bath

Under the Taurus full moon, we gather as a community for our beach sound bath to connect, reset, and share an evening of collective healing. This month, we are excited to welcome back Emily, a certified sound bath practitioner, who will be joining us for the session.

The frequencies of our sacred instruments soothe your nervous system and gently shift your brainwaves into a deeply restorative state to clear mental clutter. Grounding together on the sand allows these healing vibrations to resonate even deeper, while the collective energy of our group amplifies the experience.

● Please arrive by 5:45pm for a smooth check-in. Spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Being closer to the instruments enhances the fullness of the experience. If you seek a quieter Sound Bath, consider exploring one of our indoor sessions.

What we recommend you bring

• Towel and yoga mat to lie down on the beach
• Blanket to cover yourself in case of windy weather
• Be prepared for sudden passing rain
• Eye mask or something to shade your eyes (the streetlights are quite bright)
• Water to stay hydrated
• Journal to reflect on yourself (option)
• Crystals to charge (option)

牡牛座満月の音浴会にご招待します。今月は認定サウンドバス・プラクティショナーのエミリーさんをお招きします。２人のプラクティショナーによる演奏と、波と自然の音に包まれながら、深い癒しをご体験頂きます。ハワイのマナの高波動の温浴を体感して頂ける、サウンドヒーリング・ハワイのサウンドバスに是非ご参加ください。

• お席は自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。

• サウンドバスをお受けになる際は、十分に水分補給をなさる事をお勧め致します。常温・又は暖かいお水をご用意下さい。

• ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応できますようにご準備下さい。

• ご所有のパワーストーンの浄化をご希望の際は、セッションの間クリスタルボウルの周りに置いて頂けますのでお持ち下さいませ。
