Participants will receive guidance on current regulatory updates, along with a practical overview of revisions to promulgated contract forms and addenda, plus recommended best practices for proper use. In addition, the course addresses current fair housing laws, highlighting compliance expectations and proactive strategies to help reduce the risk of common fair housing complaints filed against real estate professionals.
