Give yourself space to slow down, quiet the noise, and turn inward.
This guided meditation and sound experience is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided through meditation before settling into the soothing sounds and vibrations of sound healing instruments.
No previous meditation experience is needed. Whether meditation is already part of your practice or you’re simply curious, you are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment, followed by an immersive sound experience designed to support deep relaxation, stillness, and rest. You’ll have the option to sit or lie down—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat (mats also provided)
• Water
• Comfortable clothing
• A blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported (props provided)
Before Class
Please arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable.
Accessibility
You are welcome to participate in whatever position feels most supportive for your body. If lying on the floor is not comfortable or accessible for you, seated meditation is absolutely welcome. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions about the space, please reach out before class.
Come as you are. Get comfortable, receive, and give yourself permission to simply be.
