Rise & Grind: Halloween Edition on the Buffalo Bayou Trail

There is no better way to celebrate Halloween morning than good coffee, great conversation, costumes, and a trail that reminds you why you love this city.

Here is how it goes: we kick things off inside DUO Houston at Autry Park with 30 minutes of coffee, fresh bites, and the kind of easy, natural conversation that actually goes somewhere. Show up in your costume, your running shoes, or both. No agenda, no awkward icebreakers, just good people in great costumes getting warmed up together.

Then we hit the trail.

Networking Out's Rise & Grind Halloween edition takes driven Houston professionals out onto the iconic Buffalo Bayou Trail for a walk that is equal parts movement, momentum, and Halloween magic. Situated right across from Buffalo Bayou Park, Autry Park is one of the most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods in the city, making it the perfect place to connect, celebrate, and get your steps in before the rest of Houston even wakes up.

No stiff handshakes. No name tags. Just you, the trail, a community of driven professionals, and maybe a few ghosts along the way.

Costumes encouraged. All fitness levels welcome. Come as you are, or come as someone else entirely.
