This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and rebalance your mind and body. Don't miss out on this soothing and therapeutic experience led by Amanda Plecha, LAc.

Amanda Plecha, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist with over 10 years of clinical experience. Her background as a dancer gave her a deep, practical understanding of movement and body mechanics, which now informs her approach to healing. Each treatment is guided by careful palpation to uncover the root causes of symptoms, which are often interconnected. By targeting these underlying issues, her treatments promote balance across multiple systems in the body. Amanda uses a gentle combination of acupuncture, moxibustion (heat therapy), and shiatsu (manual therapy) to address a wide range of modern health concerns—including chronic and acute pain, nervous system disorders, autoimmune conditions, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and is one of the few practitioners in Maryland trained in Japanese-style Neo-Classical Meridian Therapy, Fukaya-style moxibustion, and Koho-ha School Kampo (Japanese herbal medicine). Amanda is also a certified Shiatsu practitioner, blending acupressure, stretching, meditation, and breathwork into her care.
