AGC of Indiana 2026 Annual Conference: Licensed to Lead

AGC of Indiana 2026 Annual Conference

Indiana’s construction industry is built on strong relationships, shared knowledge and the ability to anticipate what’s next.

The 2026 AGCI Annual Conference: Licensed to Lead brings together general contractors, subcontractors, construction industry suppliers and partners for an afternoon focused on the business—and the people—behind building in Indiana. Attendees will hear timely updates on the state of the construction industry, gain perspective on the trends and opportunities shaping the market, and connect with the people driving construction across the state.

One of the construction industry’s most respected voices on construction leadership, Mark Breslin, will bring the Licensed to Lead theme to life with his powerful message:

“We Build the People Who Build the Work.”

A fourth-generation construction professional and former contractor association CEO, Breslin will challenge construction leaders to think differently about how we lead, develop talent and build high-performing organizations from the field up.

Inspired by the sophistication and intrigue of James Bond, Licensed to Lead is about more than a theme. In an industry where conditions change quickly, success requires intelligence, strong partnerships, great people and the ability to stay one step ahead.

Join industry colleagues at the Indiana Roof Ballroom for an afternoon of insight, conversation and networking—and leave better informed, better connected and licensed to lead what comes next.
