How Coaches Support a Schoolwide Response to Data

About this event:

Instructional coaches play a critical role in helping schools move from collecting data to improving instruction. In this session, participants will explore how coaches support a schoolwide response to data within a tiered system of supports framework. We will:

• learn to identify opportunities for strengthening Tier 1 instruction, prioritize coaching efforts, and support teachers in responding to student needs
• examine how multiple sources of evidence can inform coaching decisions, help determine where coaching can have the greatest impact, and connect coaching work to broader school improvement goals
• think deeply about what the role of the coach is and is not when responding to schoolwide data.

 Participants will leave with practical tools for using data to drive coaching, a clear understanding of how coaching work supports a schoolwide system for improvement, and a focus on using coaching to enhance student learning.

Pay via Invoice

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out. Invoices will be sent to the Accounts Payable contact on file for your organization upon completion of the event. If you are submitting a purchase order or need to update your organization's billing contact, please contact  Maddy Storz (mstorz@ciesc.org).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. You must cancel your registration and request a refund via Eventbrite. If you selected pay by invoice, an invoice will not be issued. If you selected pay by credit card, a refund for the ticket price minus Eventbrite fees will be issued back to the original form of payment. The refund may take up to 7-10 business days to process. Any cancellations or no-shows on the day of the event or after will NOT receive a refund.

Registrations may be transferred to another staff member in your school/district. Please contact Maddy Storz (mstorz@ciesc.org) for assistance with this.

In-Person Events

Please note this event will be held in person and will not be recorded. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather or situations beyond our control), alternative arrangements will be considered.
