Wine Tasting with Comstock Wines

Thursday afternoons at Lodge at Marconi now come with a pour, on the house. Comstock Wines, a small-lot winery in Sonoma County's Dry Creek Valley just outside Healdsburg, is on hand on the patio at Mable's. A rotating group of small-production wineries from the region joins them on select Thursdays, the kind of limited bottlings that tend to stay close to where they're made.

Sips are complimentary for overnight guests and the local community alike. The Comstock team is happy to talk through each pour, and to tell you more about the winery if you're curious. If you'd like a full glass, you can buy one from Mable's.

While you're here, Mable's happy hour menu is available to pair with whatever's in your glass: oysters on the half shell, house smoked trout dip, marinated olives, garlic and herb potatoes, and Mable's burger.

Settle in on the patio after a hike or a day out on the bay and taste a little of wine country without leaving Tomales Bay.
