Meet Ashley Osborn Grace

Faith • Movement • Prayer • Wellness

Ashley Osborn Grace is a spirit-filled believer, wellness and movement instructor, mental health advocate, and community host passionate about helping people encounter God through prayer, worship, and intentional movement.

For over 7 years, Ashley has been leading prayer and movement gatherings, creating welcoming spaces where people can connect with God, cultivate spiritual intimacy, and experience community through worship, music, breath, and movement.

As the founder of A Grace Movement, Ashley brings together her background in fitness, barre instruction, creative arts, and faith-based wellness to encourage people to care for their whole being—body, mind, and spirit. Her heart is to create opportunities for people to slow down, behold God’s beauty, pray for their communities, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Through prayer walks, worship gatherings, movement experiences, and community wellness events, Ashley invites people to step away from the noise of everyday life and make room for God’s presence.

Her mission is simple: to share the love of Jesus, cultivate authentic connection, and encourage others to live well in the fullness of God’s grace.

A Grace Movement is more than movement—it’s an invitation to worship, pray, connect, and encounter God together.
