Jackson's Haunted Tours 2026

This October, the Jackson Downtown Development Authority is once again teaming up with the Central Michigan Paranormal Investigators (CMPI) for a haunted experience in downtown Jackson. This year, there are two different experiences available, each with its own history, atmosphere, and paranormal possibilities.

Join us for an evening that blends Jackson’s history, architecture, and the unexplained as CMPI leads you through locations where the past may not be quite as quiet as it seems.

Three weekends. Two locations. All different experiences.

For the Haunted Walk Tour you will meet at Grand River Brewery before beginning the evening’s haunted experience. For The Theodore for another unique investigation. Then, for Halloween weekend, we’re keeping things a little more mysterious…

October 30 & 31 are reserved for a private, invite-only event and are not available for public bookings.

CMPI will bring their paranormal investigation equipment, including K2 meters, REM pods, laser grids, and more, giving you the opportunity to experience the investigation alongside the investigators and perhaps encounter something that can't quite be explained.

Time Slots: 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM
