Targeted Case Management 2-day Core Training

TARGETED CASE MANAGER - CORE TRAINING - 2-days

This is a TWO DAY training. You must attend BOTH DAYS in full AND complete one additional TCM module (6hr.) to complete the certification. You will find the other modules on Evenbrite: SMI, SUD, SED, BHCCPHC. The time for both days is 9am-4pm.

If you are purchasing tickets for someone else or for multiple people, please contact Training@sevencounties.org after the purchase to provide participant names and email addresses. Cost is: $250 (plus $11.09 handling fee) for both days

In Person dates will be held at Seven Counties Services: 10401 Linn Station Rd., Ste.100, Louisville, KY

If you register for a Zoom training session you will need to use a laptop that is both audio and video capable. Once ticket is purchased you will be contacted with class instructions.

• May 12 & 13- In Person
• Sept. 15 & 16 - In Person

The Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) has approved this twelve (12) Hour Core TCM curriculum for Targeted Case Management, as established in the regulations of:

908 KAR 2:260. (Please review these regulations to ensure that you meet the qualifications to take this training)
