Community Meditation
About This Event
Community Meditation is a weekly, free, group meditation class for beginnners (and everyone!). We focus on basic mindfulness techniques in a variety of modalities, including stillness, breathwork, chanting, and light movement in order to soothe our nervous systems and elevate our ability to focus and concentrate.
All ages, body types, and experience levels are welcome!
You do not have to purchase a ticket or register to attend! Just show up on Thursdays.
