This Eventbrite registration will ONLY reserve a place for your child in childcare. You will need to visit Kids For the Church - Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and complete steps 1 and 2 in the "Childcare" section in order to receive instructions on how to create a KidCheck account and sign the proper forms (Parental Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Medical Consent).
