Craft Your Own Handroll at Rosella

Embark on a culinary journey and discover the artistry behind sushi making at Rosella! Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience where our expert chefs will guide you step-by-step through the process of crafting your very own handroll.

A handroll, is a unique and delicious way to enjoy sushi. Unlike traditional rolls, handrolls are served in a cone-shaped seaweed wrap, making them perfect for a fun, interactive experience. You'll get to select from an array of the freshest, highest-quality ingredients — from rich, buttery tuna, salmon, and scallops to crisp vegetables — and roll your creation with your own hands.

The art of crafting the perfect handroll is in the balance: the right ratio of rice, filling, and that signature crunch of nori. You'll observe the techniques our chefs use to achieve that flawless combination, all while learning about the ingredients' origins and flavor profiles.

Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or a curious beginner, this hands-on experience will deepen your appreciation for the craft of sushi making and leave your taste buds craving more! Part of programming for Hotel Week!
