Welcome to She’s Got The Mic: Live in Great Neck, an immersive day of speaking, visibility, and deep connection with an incredible community of women founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

Doors open at 9:30 AM with breakfast and connection time.

We’ll begin promptly at 10:30 AM for a full day of talks featuring women from the She’s Got The Mic Speakers Collective.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience three different kinds of talks:

14 Spotlight Talks | 5 Minutes

One powerful idea. One story. One perspective worth sharing.

Our Spotlight speakers have five minutes to make you think, make you feel, teach you something, or introduce you to an idea you may keep thinking about long after the day is over.

6 Signature Talks | 10 Minutes

These speakers have a little more room to take us somewhere.

Expect short mini-keynotes, TED-style talks, stories, lessons, and ideas designed to educate, inspire, challenge, and connect.

3 Featured Keynotes | 20 Minutes

Our Featured Keynote speakers will take the stage for fully developed 20-minute talks, giving you the opportunity to experience some of the strongest voices emerging from our community.

That means 23 women will take the mic throughout the day.

And every one of them brings something different to the room.

Come for the Talks. Stay for the Women You Meet.

This is not a sit-in-your-seat-all-day conference.

Connection is built into the experience.

You’ll have time over breakfast, during breaks, at lunch, and at the end of the day to actually meet the women around you.

At 1:00 PM, we’ll break for a 45-minute lunch together.

Our stage programming will wrap at approximately 3:15 PM, but the event doesn’t end there.

Cocktails & Connection

From 3:15–4:00 PM, join us for a complimentary cocktail or soft drink and one final opportunity to connect.

Meet a speaker whose message stayed with you.

Continue a conversation you started earlier in the day.

Meet a potential collaborator, referral partner, client, friend, or simply someone you’re really glad you sat next to.

Some of the best moments may happen after the microphone is turned off.
