Sleep Better: Evening Meditation Session

Tossing and turning? A busy mind is the #1 reason we can't sleep. This evening session ($30 per session) helps you unwind before bed. Through guided self-reflection meditation, you'll discard the day's stress and looping thoughts — the same mental clutter that keeps you staring at the ceiling. Many people tell us they sleep more deeply after just one session.
What to expect:
- A warm welcome and brief intro (no experience needed)
- 30 minutes of guided meditation
- A short talk on how the practice works, plus open Q&A
- An invitation to continue with our center's regular program if you'd like
What to bring:
Just yourself. Wear something comfortable. Chairs and cushions are provided.
